Fishing the floodwaters
Zach Vetter, 15, fishes in flooded Commerce, Mo., near the Mississippi River, with brother Cameron Vetter, 11, (center) and friend Joseph Knight, 16, (rear). After the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers created a levee break to relieve the potential for flooding in urban centers upstream, Mississippi River water flowed into Missouri farmland, and into Commerce, Mo.
