  3. Mother and Son Charged In 1995 Murder

    Sheriff Craig Webre announced the arrests of a mother and her son in connection with a murder that happened in the southern part of the parish on June 21, 1995. "We had our suspicions early on," said Sheriff Webre. "But we just didn't have enough until now to charge the duo we now have in custody," he added.
Sonny James Guidry (W/M, DOB 3/5/1978, 405 West Watts Street, Apt. 304, El Reno, Oklahoma) and his mother Diane Vining Billiot (W/F, DOB 2/29/1960, 8089 West Oklahoma Street, Apt. 3, Okeene, Oklahoma) waived extradition and were returned to Louisiana late Wednesday night. Guidry is charged with first degree murder (R.S. 14:30) in the death of 73-year old Enola Boudreaux and Billiot is charged with accessory after the fact to first degree murder (R.S. 14:30).

    Rowdy Offield is wanted by Missouri and Oklahoma authorities for an escape that occurred in Cleveland County, Oklahoma on October 19, 2010.
