    The International Thespian Society, a division of the Educational Theatre Association, just completed the seventh year of its national community service initiative, Trick or Treat So Kids Can Eat. Thespian troupe 2131 at South Lafourche High School helped make this year's TOTS-EAT program a success by collecting 4,943 pounds of food for local charitable food programs. South Lafourche was among 282 Thespian troupes from 35 states collecting a record-breaking total of 332,746 pounds of canned and non-perishable food in this year's campaign. This beat last year's record of more than 308,000 pounds collected.
