Leger &ndash; a Governor&rsquo;s Package Bill &ndash; that  extends and improves the residential historic rehabilitation tax credit, and SB  63 by Sen. Murray &ndash; the duplicate of Governor&rsquo;s Package Bill HB 349 &ndash; which  extends the commercial historic rehabilitation tax credit.
