    A Black male in his mid 20's, 6'1 tall, slim build with a dark complexion is wanted for robbing a victim in front of  the Capitol One Bank in the 4100 block of Canal Street. According to police, the victim had just cashed her check when she noticed the above described man acting suspicious as he stood in the rear parking of the bank.
