In honor of the Saints’ new season, she created the “Pigskin” cocktail – a bacon-y twist on the classic Bloody Mary.  Not only is this cocktail a great start for any game day and a New Orleans tradition, but Bloody Mary’s are traditionally the breakfast of Champions, including Superbowl winners.



1 ½ oz Sailor Jerry Rum

3 dashes Crystal Hot Sauce

3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

1 dash celery salt

2 dashes Montreal steak seasoning

½ teaspoon minced garlic

1 dash Tony’s

1 splash spicy bean juice

Tomato juice

Fill a tall glass with ice and build ingredients, beginning with the rum and then adding the seasonings. Fill glass with tomato juice. Garnish with Sailor Jerry Rum-caramelized bacon, olive, spicy bean, and cube of pepperjack cheese.
