Tulane has landed another football commitment for its class of 2010.Acadiana punter Cody Mandell committed to the Green Wave Sunday. On his own personal website, Mandell said he is 6-3, 205. He said he averaged 43 yards a punt. Mandell says 6 were downed inside the 20, and 4 were were fair caught.
Punting has been sore spot for the Wave. Last year, kicker Ross Thevenot was pressed into service to handle both duties.
