ABC26 SAYS “GOOD MORNING NEW ORLEANS”
WEEKDAYS 5-7 AM

As with any morning news show, the award-winning news department of ABC26 will deliver the day’s (or in this case, morning’s) local headlines, weather, and traffic. However, the team plans to deliver the news in a more entertainment-style format.

Rounding off the Good Morning New Orleans co-hosting team is meteorologist and Georgia native Hank Allen.

Nguyen is excited about the opportunity to deliver a morning program that reflects New Orleans’s identity. “The city is full of diversity and cultural richness, not to mention a refreshing open mindedness, all of which I think our show will offer,” she says.

“Since we began our first newscast in 1996, this has been a dream of the station to deliver to New Orleanians, a completely fresh and entertaining morning news show,” says Bob Noonan, News Director - ABC26 News. “We are brining elements of morning news that you normally see. However, this will not be your typical morning show.”

Adair tells viewers why they should change their old morning television habits and watch Good Morning New Orleans. “In a closet full of mostly black shoes, with occasional shades of grey, THIS show is that animal print shoe,” she says. “It's hard to find what to wear with that shoe. My thoughts…try it! One step in those shoes, may change your entire life's stride.”
