"Deal or No Deal" Promotion

OFFICIAL RULES
1. To Enter: No Purchase Necessary to enter. Watch ABC26 weeknights
from Monday November 24 through Friday November 28th, 6:00 to 6:30 PM.
When the "Deal or No Deal Turkey" winning logo and contest line phone
number appear on the screen be the 26th caller to the contest number
(504)260-WGNO to become a Winner. Only calls to the official contest
line will be eligible to win. ABC26 is not responsible for inability
to complete call due to busy lines, disconnections, telephone malfunctions
or other circumstances. Odds of Winning depend on number of calls received.
2. Deadline: The contest begins Monday, November 24 and ends Friday,
November 28, 2008. All calls must be received each night after the "Deal
or No Deal" winning logo appears on the screen.
3. Winner Selection and Notification: The 26th caller each night will
be declared a Winner. One Winner will be selected each night on for
a total of five (5) Winners. All Winners will be notified by telephone.
If selected Winner is not eligible, the 27th caller will be notified
to become the Qualifying prize winner. This will continue until an eligible
winner is chosen.
4. Qualifying Prize: Each Qualifying Winner will receive a DVD Prize
pack containing: DVD of "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2:, "Hellboy
II: The Golden Army", "Ironman", "Sex & the City The Movie", "Get Smart",
"Wall-E", "Hannah Montana DVD Game and High School Musical DVD Game"
(approximate value: $170.00). Winners must claim prize within 30 days
of being notified. All Qualifiers must come to ABC26, 1 Galleria Blvd.,
Suite 850, Metairie, LA 70001 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through
Friday and present a valid driver's license or other state-issued identification
in order to claim their prize.
5. Grand Prize: One Grand prize winner will be chosen at random from
the five Qualifying prize winners. That winner will receive one Apple
IPod Touch 8G (approximate value: $250).
6. Eligibility Restrictions:
a. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees
of ABC26, Tribune Broadcasting (the "Contest Sponsors") and their subsidiaries,
affiliates and advertising agencies, and their immediate families, are
not eligible to win.
b. Entrants must be a resident of Louisiana or Mississippi in order
to win.
c. Winners who have won a prize from ABC268 within the last thirty days
are ineligible and will be disqualified.
7. Conditions of Entry:
a. Use of Winner's Name: By entering, each entrant grants permission,
without further compensation, The Contest Sponsors, and their agents
and licensees, to use the entrant's name, voice, photograph, likeness
and biographical material for broadcast and promotional purposes in
connection with the contest.
b. Execution of Affidavit and Release: By entering, each entrant agrees
that if selected as the winner, he/she will sign a release and waiver
of liability. The prize will be forfeited and awarded to another entrant
if the winner and their companion do not execute the prepared form of
release and waiver within thirty days of the contest, or if the selected
winner is not eligible in accordance with these rules.
c. Release Station and Sponsor of Liability: By entering, contestants
agree to release The Contest Sponsors from any claim, loss, liability,
damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation and the
participation companion in the contest or their receipt or use of the
contest prize.
d. No Prize Substitutions: No substitute prizes are available; however,
contest sponsors may, at their discretion, substitute prizes of equal
or greater value.
e. Minors: If winner is a minor, the winner's parent or legal guardian
must sign the release on the minor's behalf.
8. A Copy of the
Rules can be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to
