Winter Salad in time for Summer
Ingredients:

4 to 6 fresh (F. Rome’s greenhouse) or garden tomatoes

1 small Creole onion, also called a red onion or a purple onion
1 large bell pepper
Wishbone balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
Salt
Black pepper

Directions:

* Slice tomatoes into wedges, slice bell pepper and onion into strips and combine ingredients into a bowl.
* Add about 1 cup of balsamic vinaigrette, salt and pepper to taste.
* Using a serving spoon, mix ingredients well. If time permits, refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. Or, serve immediately.
