INGREDIENTS
1 part dill relish
2 parts Blue Plate mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic (optional)
juice of one lemon wedge (optional)
NOTE: For this particular recipe, use 1/3 cup dill relish, 2/3 cup of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic and the juice from one lemon wedge.
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
NOTE: Serve with your favorite Louisiana seafood; oysters, shrimp, crawfish, crabmeat and fried fish too!
