Potato Paradise
Ingredients:
Three 14.5 oz. cans of Del Monte "Fresh Cut" diced potatoes

one 8 oz. Block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (original)
one 3 oz. jar of Hormel real Bacon Bits

Directions for the large sized family
1. Pour the three cans of diced potatoes into a pot, turn burner to high heat and bring potatoes to a boil.
2. After the potatoes begins to boil, add the block of cream cheese to the potatoes. Continue to stir until the cream cheese is melted.
3. Cook down until a thick (sauce) consistency is achieved.
4. Add the entire jar of bacon bits and stir to blend.
5. Now, remove from the heat because it is time to eat!


NOTE: This side dish will serve 6 to 8 people.

Directions for the medium sized family
1. Pour two cans of diced potatoes into a pot, turn burner to high heat and bring potatoes to a boil.
2. After the potatoes begins to boil, add 2/3 of the block of cream cheese to the potatoes. Continue to stir until the cream cheese is melted.
3. Cook down until a thick (sauce) consistency is achieved.
4. Add 2/3 of the jar of bacon bits, or 2 ounces, and stir to blend.
5. Now, remove from the heat because it is time to eat!


NOTE: This side dish will serve 4 to 5 people.

1. Pour one can of diced potatoes into a pot, turn burner to high heat and bring potatoes to a boil.
2. After the potatoes begins to boil, add 1/3 of the block of cream cheese to the potatoes. Continue to stir until the cream cheese is melted.
3. Cook down until a thick (sauce) consistency is achieved.
4. Add 1/3 of the jar of bacon bits, or 1 ounce, and stir to blend.
5. Now, remove from the heat because it is time to eat!


NOTE: This side dish will serve 2 to 3 people.
