NOTE: This is a recipe where you can interchange ingredients such as fresh broccoli over frozen. When using fresh broccoli, cut the broccoli to the size you like. You can steam or boil until your broccoli until tender. You can also change out the cheese, the mushroom/celery soup, the milk, etc. to your liking.

1 large onion, finely diced
two 10&¾ cans Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
two 10&¾ cans Campbell's cream of celery soup
½ quart of half & half
one 16 oz. package Velveeta cheese or your favorite brand of soft cheese.
1 level tablespoon of granulated garlic
COOKING DIRECTIONS
1. Cook broccoli florets in the microwave according to package instructions. NOTE: Be very careful not to burn yourself when opening broccoli package.
2. Using a 1.5 gallon pot, on medium /low heat, melt butter and sauté the florets and onions for about 5 minutes.
3. Add cream of mushroom, cream of celery, half & half, cheese and granulated garlic. Turn heat to medium and simmer your soup until the cheese melts and is incorporated in mixture.
