Ingredients

1 pound pork, cut into thin strips

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon Tony Chachere’s seasonings or your favourite Cajun/Creole seasonings

 

2 cups water

1 tablespoon chicken bouillon/granules

2 tablespoons corn starch

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

½ teaspoon sugar

 

¼ cup cooking oil

1 cup baby carrots

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 large onion, sliced

3 celery ribs, cut fancy to your liking

two dozen snow peas

one 15 ounce can of whole baby corn
