Marvin Allen’s Sugar Bowl Fantasy, Carousel Bar at the Hotel Monteleone

Sugar Bowl Fantasy:

1 ¼ oz Oronoco Rum

½ fresh lime

½ oz. Simple Syrup

3 oz. Cranberry Juice

1 oz. Club Soda

Muddle lime and simple syrup in glass. Add ice. Pour in rum, club soda and cranberry juice. Shake to mix.
