With the NFL lockout nearing an end, fans are excited and businesses are ready to get back into the game.
"It's time to go to work. It's time to know that we are going to be working for something, and the show must go on." John Rebstecok, Rotolo's Superdome Operations Manager said.
Rebstock said for each game they make, sell, and deliver five thousand pizzas.
Rotolo's is the official pizza of the New Orleans Saints and since the lockout began there has been a lot of uncertainty whether they'd be working this football season.
With a lockout, the workers who work at the games will be negatively impacted.
"It's refreshing to know that it's coming behind us, so we can just move forward," Rebstock said.
Rotolo's hires about 125 employees to work at each game.
Jason Cook, manager of Rotolo's said right now they are scrambling to hire more game-day help.
"We're a little behind getting people to work just because of the uncertainty of a lockout," he said.
For Rotolo's waitress, Jenna Wolf, when the Saints play, she gets more pay.
"On a normal day, I make $50 to $80 dollars. On a Saints day, I make $300 or $400 in tips. It's a big difference," Wolf said.
They are looking to hire more people to help. If you are interested, click on the "Links Mentioned" section on WGNO's homepage.
