A big football weekend is upon us! If you're planning on indulging in an adult beverage or two, Jeanette Condon from Allegro Bistro has some suggestions.
"Mikey Likes It"
3 or 4 Blackberries
1 oz. of Light Rum
½ oz. Sour Mix
1 Lemon
Muddle 3 o4 blueberries in a glass, then add ½ of Light Rum, then a ½ oz. of sour mix. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice, then add ice and garnish the glass with a lemon.
"Fleur Di Liscious"
1 oz. of Banana liqueur
½ oz. of Coffee Liqueur
Chocolate Garnish
Add 1 oz. of Banana liqueur, then ½ oz. of coffee liqueur and shake with ice. Pour into glass garnished with chocolate around the rim.
