1 head cabbage (cut in wedges)
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced celery
1 tbsp garlic butter
1 1/2 cup smoked turkey (chopped)
1/2 lb smoked bacon (chopped)
1 cup ham (chopped)
1 cup white wine
2 cups brown rice
2 cups turkey or chicken stock
granulated garlic, salt and pepper to taste
In a large sautee pot, sautee bacon, onion, celery, and ham. Add cabbage, white wine, tomato sauce, stock and garlic butter. Allow cabbage to wilt, cover and simmer until cabbage is very tender. Serve over brown rice.
