Police: Tulane University Double Rapist Still Out There

Uptown—

Two women walking near Tulane University tell police they were both raped by the same man at the same time.

The N.O.P.D says the assault happened in the residential neighborhood area of South Robertson Street and Palmer Avenue.

They say the suspect took both women to a back alley.

The suspected rapist was able to sexually assault both females by threatening to harm one if the other didn't comply.

The women told detectives the 5'4" to 5'6” man weighing about 170 pounds had a weapon.

Police aren’t saying if the two female rape victims are students.

They guess he was between 18 and 23 years old.
