Sheila Rolland's son Alvin Crosby was murdered on August 15th, and in the midst of her grieving was inspired to raise money for the Crimestoppers reward. In just a month, she raised it up to $8,000 from $2,500. Her goal is $20,000. She says a rally against crime in Central City inspired her. She also says she has forgiven her son's killer, but believes justice must be served.

Sheila Rolland has been trying to raise reward money to help find her son's killer. 25 year old Alvin Crosby was shot outside a nightclub on August 15th. Crimestoppers put up a $2,500 reward, but Rolland has helped bring that up to $8,000. She hopes to continue raising money to reach $20,000.
