Jessica Hawk Crimestoppers Reward
Jessica Hawk was found murdered in her Bywater home in August of 2008. She was a botanist in New Orleans who had moved from Ohio and fell in love with the city. Her murder remains unsolved, and the community has raised enough money to bring the Crimestoppers reward up to $25,000 to help bring in more clues in this cold case. The announcement was made on the neutral grounds where a tree was planted in her memory, as well as a memorial garden. Her family members were in for the special occasion, including her father, aunt, and brother.
