Joyce Galmon learned of the arrest of Bernell Pollard while she was planning her grandson's funeral. Her 2 year old grandson was shot while sitting in a car in Central City Sunday. The family is relieved Bernell and his cousin Jamiron were arrested, but they are experiencing a lot of emotions in their mourning.
