UPDATE: Six-year-old Cuffed at N.O. East School, RSD Investigating

Tight-gripping cuffs are the reason this 1st grader could miss the rest of the school year. Six-year-old Ja'Briel Weston's parents are keeping him home after security guards at his school, Sarah T. Reed, handcuffed him twice last week when he acted unruly.
