Katrina-damaged Community Questions Lack of Recovery Money

The community arguably that received the most damage following Katrina is up in arms over what it considers a lack of recovery dollars to the Ninth Ward. Community leaders claim if not for volunteers and non-profit groups the ninth ward would truly be a ghost town.
