Oil slick appears near Venice

Another oil slick appears just off Louisiana coastline. This one is about seven miles long.

The Coast Guard is investigating, and photos have been sent to BP.

This slick comes 14 months after the BP oil spill, although it's not known if the slick is a product of the BP spill.

Plaquemines Parish President Billy Nungesser suspects it's BP's mess: "It appears to be the stuff that's showing up in Bay Jimmy," said Nungesser.

This slick is near Venice in an area called Baptiste Collette. It was spotted by a Charter Boat Captain.
