NEW ORLEANS -
The St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office reports that a missing 79-year-old Arabi woman who wandered away from home has been found.
Margaret Roubion, 200-block of Coney Drive, Arabi, whose husband reported her missing Friday morning, July 10, was found by a viewer who saw the report of her missing on television. He spotted her sitting on the steps of an abandoned house on North Claiborne near Orleans and found it unusual. A $10,000 reward had been offered by family, neighbors, and ex-neighbors putting up signs in St. Bernard and New Orleans.
She was said to be in good condition when found and went to the hospital for observation.
