Two men charged in shooting outside of Harrah's Casino

New Orleans -- Near Harrah's Casino a stare-down ends with gunshots. That's the word from the NOPD. It happened at about 3:15 this morning. Cops say someone was sitting inside a car in front of Harrah's when another car passed by. People exchanged glares and the man in the parked car was shot in the leg. He'll recover. Police arrested a 23 and 24 year old and booked them with attempted murder.
