Independence Day Murder In New Orleans East

Members of the New Orleans Police Department are investigating the apparent shooting death of a 25-year-old local male whose name is being withheld pending notification of family members. The offense occurred approximately 9:25 P.M., in the 8000 block of Dwyer Road.
