Chalmette Man Arrested For Attempted Kidnapping Of 10-year-old

A joint investigation by the Plaquemines and St. Bernard Parish sheriff's offices led to the arrest Wednesday of a Chalmette man who allegedly tried to lure into a truck a 10-year-old girl near Braithwaite on the East Bank of Plaquemines.
