HAMMOND, La.—
State police say a tire blowout resulted in
a fatal traffic accident on Interstate 12 near Hammond.Trooper say 41-year-old Leshell D. Hally of Tickfaw was killed when her SUV rolled over twice.
The accident occurred at 6:55 a.m. Tuesday.
The Tangipahoa Parish Coroner's Office pronounced Hally dead at the scene. Troopers say she was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and alcohol use is not suspected.
