Artichoke Dip
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

1 cup mayo

1 cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup finely chopped onions
1 13 oz. can artichoke hearts (small)
¼-1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice or dry white wine

For topping:  

¼ cup dry unseasoned breadcrumbs
2 tbsp olive oil

1) Mix ingredients together and transfer to a baking dish.

2) In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs and olive oil.

3) Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

4) Bake 20 minutes.

5) Serve with pieces of bread chips, pita chips or whatever you prefer
