Accused murderer Bobby Troy captured in Missouri

Bobby Troy, the man the New Orleans Police Department believes murdered Slidell optometrist Brent Hachfeld, is in custody in Missouri.

U.S. Marshals captured Troy Thursday morning in Moberly.

Troy is accused of attacking and robbing Hachfeld on October 16 in the French Quarter at the intersection of Dumaine and Dauphine.

The NOPD says they tracked down Troy after DNA at the scene - matched his.

No word on when he'll be transported back to New Orleans.
