On October 1st, 2009 at around 2:45 pm a 40 year old woman from Pearl River, La reported that her vehicle had been broken into while it was parked in 2200 block of Carey Street. Her purse was sitting on the front seat with her wallet on top.
The suspect(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed stole her wallet. The wallet, a large black leather clutch type contained several credit cards, the victim's driver's license and a small amount of cash. After realizing that her wallet was missing the victim called her credit card companies to cancel the cards. It was then she learned that one of the cards was used at Walgreen's on Front Street in Slidell.
Detective Seuzeneau was able to get a picture of a possible suspect from Walgreen's surveillance video. The black female is heavy set and is wearing flowered medical scrubs.
Anyone with information about the identity of the suspect is asked to call Det. Seuzeneau at (985) 768-7421.
