Pictures: NOPD's Christmas Party For Children
NOPD's Sixth District in Central City hosted a Christmas party for more than 200 children selected from the community. The children were able to work on activities, eat a hot meal, visit with Santa and have a picture taken, and leave with a brand new bike. The Commander of the district, Captain Robert Bardy says this is a way to reach out to the community and try to build trust.
