Pictures: High River Causes Seepage At One LSU Building

Army Corps of Engineers monitoring levee near LSU. Seepage is normal, but rising river pressure is causing more seepage than usual. Part of River Road is closed. Neighbors near that levee have noticed the seepage on their property. Levees are closed to the public while the Mississippi River is still at high levels.
