Gertrude LeBlanc Watches Lower Ninth Come Back
Gertrude LeBlanc was one of the first to return to the Lower Ninth Ward. She planted a rosebush and prayed a for a house. All her prayers were answered, but now she has a challenge of figuring out of the drywall from China in her house is toxic. This is a problem many in the Gulf Coast have been facing after rebuilding following Hurricane Katrina.

Gertrude LeBlanc Remembers
Gertrude LeBlanc was one of the first to move back to the Lower Ninth Ward when it was wilderness. A church built her this nice little yellow house. She's concerned it may have tainted drywall.
