Pictures: Angola Prison Prepares As Mississippi River Rises
Prisoners at the Angola State Prison are preparing for flooding, as the Mississippi River rises. Warden Burl Cain says the level is expected to be higher than ever in the prison's history. He hopes the levees hold up. Some precautionary evacuations are being made Monday. Cain says he doesn't expect to evacuate the whole prison.

Prisoners are filling sandbags, as they prepare for potential flooding problems as the Mississippi River continues to rise. Warden Burl Cain doesn't believe he'll need to evacuate the entire prison population. He believes the levees should hold.
