St. Bernard storm preps
Workers are bringing in boom, skimmers, barges, etc. off the water before Bonnie hits. They don't want the boom washing up in the marsh & don't want equipment getting destroyed by the storm. Meanwhile fisherman are trying to catch as much as possible before the storm hits.
