Hank's Corn Soufflé
Ingredients:
1 can of whole kernel corn (make sure to drain it)

1 can of cream style corn
1 box of Jiffy cornbread/muffin mix
1 8oz container of sour cream
? stick of melted butter

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, making sure to blend in the mix well.
Spray a 9x9 baking dish with non-stick spray or rub with butter.
Pour mixture into the dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Super easy!!!
