Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
5 oz evaporated milk
1 stick butter or margarine (melted)
1 heaping tablespoon cocoa
1/3 of a large bag of miniature marshmallows
4 heaping tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
13x9x2 pan (buttered)
Method:
Mix and sift sugar and cocoa in a large microwavable bowl until all lumps are out. Add milk & butter until well-blended.
Microwave for 10 1/2 minutes on high power, stirring well every 3 1/2 minutes.
Take out and add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix very well until everything is melted and well-blended. Keep stirring until some of the gloss is off.
Pour into buttered pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
