The Naughty Leprechaun

1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz Green Cream de Menthe
1 oz Light Cream de Cacao 1 oz Half and Half

Place all in Boston Shaker and shake until well blended and chilled. Strain into martini style glass.

Smiling Irish Eyes

1oz Bushmills
1oz Baileys Irish Cream
½oz Crème de Menthe
2oz Half & Half


Serve in a cocktail glass over ice

Colleen's Green Apple

1½ oz Apple Schnapps
1½ oz Kettle One Vodka


Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass

St Patrick's Irish Coffee

1¼ oz Bushmills
¼ oz Kahlua
Hotel Monteleone 125th Anniversary Blend Coffee

For Garnish:
Whipped cream
Crème de Menthe

Mix liquor together with desired amount of coffee. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of crème de menthe.
