Set Sail with Make-A-Wish
PICTURE GALLERY: A partnership with Royal Carribbean's new luxury cruise liner, Oasis of the Seas, brings smiles and more to the foundation's kids and supporters.
Over Thanksgiving weekend, the Make-A-Wish Foundation was able to grant wishes at sea. Royal Caribbean International®'s brand new cruise line, the impressive Oasis of the Seas, set sail for the first time and had an all-star guest list on hand, ready to make dreams come true.
Michael Jordan, Corbin Bleu and Shawn Johnson (also one of the ships godmothers) all granted wishes for five Make-A-Wish kids that were on board. Karina Smirnoff met with the kids (Though she was not there for a wish grant, she has granted wishes in the past). And Michelle Kwan (also one of the ships godmothers) gave one wish kid an impromptu skating lesson.

Make-A-Wish Sets Sail
Michael Jordan, the Make-A-Wish Foundations Chief Wish Ambassador, greets the five Make-A-Wish kids who had a wish granted Nov. 30 aboard Royal Caribbeans newest cruise ship, Oasis of the Seas. The gala naming ceremony and overnight cruise (sailing from Ft. Lauderdale) benefited the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Since 1988, Jordan has fulfilled the wishes of more than 180 children with life-threatening medical conditions through the worlds largest wish-granting organization.
